Artistic ability
Tests based on artistic insight and vision on the (inter) national Performing Arts domain whether an educational program or product meets the desired artistic quality.
Managerial Capability
Demonstrates ethical leadership and switches autonomously between the roles of leader, quality monitor and coach and effectively manages a diverse multidisciplinary team within productions or training programs.
Interpersonal and Communicative Ability
Communicates findings and conclusions (as well as the knowledge, motives and considerations underlying them) clearly and unambiguously to external and / or internal stakeholders, specialists and non-specialists and shows sensitivity to his position and relationship to others.
Entrepreneurial and Organizational ability
During the implementation process, adequately anticipates opportunities and risks for the organization or product and organizes autonomous tactical and operational plans and solutions.
Critical-reflective and investigative ability
Identifies and analyzes complex professional situations and issues of an (educational) Performing Arts product or process in order to arrive at creative and innovative solutions based on research findings, theoretical insights and own analyzes.
