Plan, design and create a health promotion intervention and elaborate how this intervention can contribute to a Future Health issue. The aim is to improve health and wellbeing holistically in order to optimize opportunities for successful individual and/or population ageing. There should be a clear rationale for the intervention based on existing cross-cultural knowledge of health promotion / illness prevention. The rationale must be evidenced based and clearly demonstrate why the intervention is appropriate and practical and sustainable.
