Minor Law and digitalisation part-time
Profile of the programme
This minor consists of three elements:
Conflict theory: the theoretical background of conflicts
Conflict skills: training in helping participants solve their conflicts
Professional development: the mediator’s attitude and the ability to reflect upon one’s professional behaviour
In the first half of this minor, these three elements operate at a basic level. During the second half of this course, training takes place at an advanced level. Participants become all-round mediators with a solid background in the field of conflict management. A vast array of conflict areas are discussed: from work-related conflicts to disputes between neighbours, group conflict and intercultural communication or lack thereof. We invite guest lecturers and students will work within existing organisations to further develop their skills in this field.
