Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion, the student will have the knowledge and skills to:
  • have a basic knowledge of theory and research within the field of Positive Psychology;
  • be acquainted with interventions based on Applied Positive Psychology;
  • have personally experienced the effects of different interventions;
  • be able to critically reflect on the value of different interventions on both personal development as well as the value for professional practice.

Content

Human Rights in Practice forms the central project of the exchange minor Human Rights Interdisciplinary. The project target is to come up with (a design for) a solution of an issue that is related to Human Rights. Therefor this course offers participants to follow their personal interests with regards to the phenomenon of Human Rights. Students can work on their project individually, or in small groups. At the end the designed product will be presented in an adequate way.
