Learning outcomes
The student has an operational mental model of the workings of a generic computer, and is aware of some of the limitations of this model. This goal contributes to a more detailed understanding of things like buffer overflows, operating systems, and applied cryptography. Note that the instruction set architecture used for this course is RISC-V RV32IM and the systems language is C (the key parts).
