Learning outcomes

  1. The student formulates his own learning route related to relevant sources, learning to learn and learn differently, looking differently, doing differently (professional competence, ability to collaborate, ability to learn). 
  2. The student makes a self-analysis on the basis of feedback obtained, among other things from criterion-oriented interviews, and identifies points for development for this module. 
  3. The student formulates learning goals and relates them to his own professional leadership development and works these out systematically. 
  4. The student explains the functioning of the Dutch healthcare and welfare system and articulates the consequences for the current and future work context. 

Content

The essence of this module is to increase your personal effectiveness as a manager. To this end, you will start formulating points for development for your own professional leadership development. This module is aimed at gaining insight into the desired degree of competence and improving the personal and professional qualities of leadership.

The issues of the context of care and welfare are also further explored and what is needed to maintain/create sustainable organizations there with added customer value. You relate this to your own work situation.
