Learning outcomes

At the end of this study unit the student is able to:
  • Analyse aspects of business ethics related to different scenarios
  • Take shared norms and values into account when reflecting about professional and ethical dilemmas
  • Analyse trust in different situations and discuss it with fellow students
  • Build trust in their project group by using the knowledge gained during offered  workshops
  • Demonstrate knowledge on how to use their own creativity for specific topics during classes
  • Evaluate the most interesting aspects of a product as a function of the needs of the customer

Content

The main focus of the unit is leadership and its link with creativity. In addition you will also learn about trust and ethics as well as how to build trust with your team as a leader.
