Learning outcomes

1CD-FH. 1. The student can explain to one of his peers which essential questions must be asked to the client during a DTF screening.
2CD-FH. 21. The student can independently set up a physiotherapeutic assessment plan for a client with a complex musculoskeletal problem, based on casuistry descriptions.
2CD-FH. 163. The student can independently set up a physiotherapeutic treatment plan for a client with a complex musculoskeletal problem, based on casuistry descriptions.
2CD-FH. 258. The student can independently set up a care-related prevention plan for a client with a complex musculoskeletal problem, based on casuistry descriptions.
2CD-FH. 303. The student can independently set up what is known as an ‘indicated prevention plan’ for a client with a defined elevated risk of disease, based on casuistry descriptions.
INT 2CD-E/FH 4: On the basis of a case study, the student can independently justify the choices he/she makes in terms of physiotherapy using specialist literature written in English.

Content

In this course the patient with non-specific musculoskeletal spinal complaints related to the upper or lower extremity is central. In this course the student is offered concepts and models with which he can further develop clinical reasoning of the patient with non-specific musculoskeletal spinal complaints.
