Learning outcomes
In 2009, the universities of applied sciences formulated the so-called HBO standard for their Bachelor's degree programs in the document 'Quality as assignment'. This standard means that a bachelor's program must take care that student aquire knowledge ans skills of:
1. to obtain a solid theoretical basis;
2. to acquire the investigative capacity that enables them to contribute to the development of the profession;
3. have sufficient professional expertise;
4. develop professional ethics and social orientation that suits a responsible professional;
in a national and international context.
The Bachelor program HRM has translated these standards into 11 final qualifications. In the ALO you work on qualification A to G (knowledge in the context, research skills and professional skills.
