Content

Whether facility technical installations are suitable for the intended use largely depends on the performance they deliver. However, user-friendliness and comfort also play an important role. The student acquires knowledge about relevant trends, learns how the performance of facilities and relevant information systems can be investigated and how the experience of users can be measured. By attending tutorials, studying various literature on the interface of Facility Management and technology, and through application assignments, the student develops a solid theoretical basis. The test consists of a written exam with open questions about cases.
