Course: Personal Leadership credits: 5

1.1 Students work under supervision on the basic personal skills related to attitude and behaviour, and collect evidence on their development in this regard in the Personal Leadership Portfolio, whether related to their studies or unrelated.
1.2 Students demonstrate understanding of they way in which they learn, study and what they need to continue to learn in motivated fashion, by describing their personal learning skills, and developing and applying a suitable learning strategy too. 
1.3 Students work under supervision on their professional development with regard to skills, attitude and behaviour, and use the feedback they receive for this.
1.4 With regard to 'Global citizenship', students develop an understanding of their personal standards and values, and respects diversity in group context, in relation to their personal and professional attitude within the social and intercultural context.
1.5 The student applies basic conversation skills and has insight in his/her own behavior as well as behavior within a group and the influences on this behavior within the professional context.
