Learning outcomes

2.1 Students work independently on the basic personal skills related to attitude and behaviour, and collect evidence on their development in this regard in the Personal Leadership Portfolio, whether related to their studies or unrelated. 
2.2 Students show understanding of their own capacity to complete their degree programme and make choices with regard to possible options (receiving support, extra challenges, etc.) related to FM educational activities.  
2.3 Students work independently on 
their professional development with regard to skills, attitude and behaviour, and use the feedback they receive and request for this. 
2.4 With regard to 'Global citizenship', students align their knowledge and skills with regard to their social development in relation to their personal and professional attitude in the wider context of society.
2.5 The student applies various conversation techniques in the HR cycle to develop the professional attitude.
