Content

Each project group analyses the suitability of a simple existing building for its user (organisation). Information gathered during the assignments for Space Management & Technology and for Financial & Information Management is merged in an analysis focusing on the added value of the building for its users. In any case, the analysis should cover the use of space, the relationships between functions and spaces, functionality, legal aspects (such as ownership and liability) and financial aspects (particularly the costs of ownership and use). A key outcome of the analysis should be a dashboard that presents the performance of the building in these areas.
