As an IT professional, students should be able to act as a consultant giving advice to other professionals within an organization. Consultancy is a complex skill which leans heavily on communicative competencies. The theory provided in this course forms the starting point of a learning curve. However, the essence of the course consists of applying this theoretical knowledge in practice, in a simulated IT context.
