Analysis level 3:
The novice practitioner can independently analyse socio-legal issues within a complex context , within a well-defined context and complex context, taking account of environmental factors and drawing on multiple legal, socio-cultural and other non-legal sourses. They contextualise this information in a social, societal, cultural and personal framework and identify the various influenceable factors.
Assessment level 3:
The novice practitioner can identify the legal position of the client (individual or organisation) and define the legal implications of a complex practical situation. In doing so they take account of legal arguments and other interests, enlist the help of others where necessary and provide justification for their actions.
