Analysing
The novice student methodically analyses the legal and social aspects of a simple and clearly defined situation, drawing on both legal and non-legal sources:

1.The student selects facts and sources based on their socio-legal relevance and reliability;
2.The student formulates questions in their own words, drawing on the relevant socio-legal facts;
3.The student interprets these selected facts and summarises them in order to come to a reasoned conclusion;
4.The student formulates an appropriate solution orally and/or in writing on the basis of this analysis.
5.The student recognises and describes the various fields of law, facts and relevant interests of stakeholders (e.g. clients) involved in a socio-legal issue;
6.The student works in a methodically responsible manner, with the aid of an action plan;
7.The student summarises sources on the basis of their core concepts.
