Learning outcomes

  1. The student describes the working method of a partnership from their own organization and explains the working method in relation to the results in their own words.
  2. The student gives an example of a process in which formulating, executing, evaluating and adjusting goals are logical steps.
  3. The student describes a practical situation in which (new) policy has been translated into own actions.

Content

Basic knowledge of the organization of organizations in the healthcare and/or welfare sector. 

The professional practitioner is confronted with (new) policy to which he must conform and which he must translate into his own actions. Experiences the functioning of an organization, both the formal and the informal aspects. 

He becomes acquainted with personnel policy, which applies to himself or to the team. 

He also gains experience with personnel instruments such as performance and absenteeism interviews.
