Learning outcomes
The purpose of the graduation program is to ensure that you can function as a Master of Science in the Life Sciences in a research or development organization like an institute, company, or professorship.
Content
To graduate from the master DSLS, you must write a scientific master thesis based on research that you have carried out in a graduation project in the fourth semester.
The graduation project is a means of showing that you can work autonomously and independently on a complex project and that you are able to evaluate, challenge, modify and develop theory and practice. You are expected to demonstrate an ability to isolate and focus on the significant features of the problem you choose to work on and to offer coherent solutions. You are producing original and innovative work that is generally applicable within the field of the Life Sciences, and therefore worthy of publication, public usage, or display.
You will disseminate your graduation work in a thesis in a timely, accurate, and clear manner. In addition, you will submit and defend your research by means of a presentation and discussion in which you orally explain your work, present supporting arguments, and answer questions.
