Content

Within the module the student activates his learning process towards an interdisciplinary business professional. Starting with an online audit to assess core talents and the way they are shown in professional life. Then, self-research, based on autobiographic material will result in awareness of personal strengths and potential for growth.  A personal action plan to work consciously on a few relevant learning goals, enables the student to focus on his development. In different workshops, COL sessions, experiences inside and outside the Master Programme, the student experiments with differentiated behaviour and collects evidence and (peer) feedback.

An online portfolio is the formative instrument to collect, monitor and evaluate the relevant development. The assessment takes place in an interview in which the student demonstrates to what extent the learning outcomes have been developed and how he got there. A selection of the portfolio illustrates the major growth.
