Finding and communicating your place in the world.
In this first block of the first year at Marketing Management, the focus is on having students find their place in the city of Groningen, in our university and in our programme. Our aim at MM is to deliver young professionals and, therefore, we start by offering classes on the basic skills needed in this academic environment. These skills include communicating in an academic environment, ranging from writing advisory reports to developing intercultural sensitivity in group work. Apart from that, we will discuss various study skills to get students to become independent yet cooperative learners as soon as possible.
