Course: Personal Leadership credits: 5

The student: 
1.    Works under supervision on basic personal skills with respect to attitude and behavior and collects evidence of development therein in the Personal Leadership Portfolio both within and outside the study.
2.    Demonstrates an understanding of how he learns, studies and what he needs to remain motivated to learn and study by describing his own learning skills and developing and applying an appropriate learning strategy.  
3.    Works under supervision on professional development with respect to skills, attitude and behavior, using feedback received.
4.    Develops insight into his own norms and values and respects diversity in the context of the group, in relation to the personal and professional professional attitude within the social and intercultural context.
