The student can:  

  • describe his/her work experience in an international business environment;  
  • work independently on specifically assigned tasks, assignments and possible projects next to working together with (international) professionals in the field of Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, Operations & Supply Chain Management or Organisation & People;  
  • apply knowledge, skills and (intercultural) competencies acquired at IBS (so relate theoretical models and concepts to international business practice);  
  • reflect upon received feedback and evaluations during the Placement regarding own personal learning development but also towards a professional career in the future;  
  • explain in which field of international business (s)he would like to work during or after graduation.

Content

Students will be working abroad, in an internationally oriented company or organization of their choice, outside their home country (Global Mindset) for a period of 5 to 6 months.
