Content

Through an online business simulation students run, in the role of new board of directors, a company in a simplified simulated marketplace. They are as a group in charge of all major business decisions (although in a limited way) during a number of rounds within the business simulation and they compete with the other groups inside the class. Students are introduced to the basic functional areas within a company and their relationships with each other.

Students are taught some basic marketing and management accounting topics (in order to help students with understanding their decision making and the consequences of the decisions inside the business simulation game), project management/group work is guided by process coaches.
