The HeartMath is a method to control your stress level in musical performance situations. The focus is on controlling your heart rhythm through various breathing exercises using a combination of concentration and mental imagery. The emphasis is on personal sources of stress and how to deal with these. Students are trained to become aware of their stress pattern, applying the various HM techniques and integrating them in their music practice.
