Content
Professional music performance is demanding, not only mentally, but also physically. Music is not only art, it is sport. In this course, musicians learn to know their bodies and find out how to deal with health issues competently. They learn how to develop resilient bodies and minds and how to work directly on the prevention of injury and stress.
