Learning outcomes
At the end of year four, the student has the competences and is able to perform the core tasks as laid down in the C&M study guide, chapter "professional competences and core tasks"
Content
The student writes a Professional Development Plan (PDP) per semester under the supervision of the main subject teachers. The C&M study guide describes in more detail what this plan complies with.
In year 4, this PDP leads to a draft final exam program in the course of the first semester and a definitive final exam program in the course of the second semester.
In year 3, the emphasis within the PDP was on finding or validating the individual specialization; the fourth year is in the context of deepening and demonstrating individual specialization and the transition to professional practice.
The fourth year is spent on producing the graduation work. The student has full responsibility for all aspects of the realization of the final exam work, there are no longer any (partial) assignments. The main subject teacher takes a coaching position, asks critical questions, largely monitors progress and prepares the student in a concrete sense for the course of events during the final exam.
