Learning outcomes
Students continue their development in the field of professional and artistic competence, deployed in the first year. At the end of year 2, the student is able to write idiomatically for all instruments of the symphony orchestra at a reasonably professional level and is also able to integrate electronics into his work.
Content
In the second year, the composition assignments become somewhat larger, both in terms of length and in occupation and there is more room for their own interpretation of the assignments. The student is now able to write idiomatically for all instruments from the symphony orchestra at a reasonably professional level and is also able to integrate electronics into his work. The skills he came into contact with in the first year are being further developed. Serial and other techniques to achieve unity and duration within a composition have been discussed. The student can now produce a more complex digital score, including the layout.
