Learning outcomes
The skills acquired in the first year are broadened and deepened: assignments are addressed in various, increasingly complex contexts. The relationship with clients and cooperation with other disciplines will be further developed. The student acquires a greater insight into creative music design processes and learns to apply this to himself. The student learns to work with longer shapes. The required level for final assignments is raised and approaches, with guidance and after processing feedback, the level in the work field.
Content
The student is introduced to the design of music and sound for various media. Overarching aspects such as the technique of working on images, producing demos, compositional content and also entrepreneurial aspects such as commissioned work are addressed in all blocks and are thus highlighted from various contexts. In the second year, the assignments will be slightly larger (but still clearly limited) and there is more room for developing your own 'voice'.
