Identifies and analyzes the business operations of an organization (unit) in broad terms using a prescribed format and derives issues and developments that influence the efficiency and/or effectiveness of business operations.

Content
This module focuses on getting to know the system "organization" in the domains of healthcare and welfare. We will zoom in on the system organization and a number of important production factors, such as personnel and finances. In addition, we will increase the skills related to professional acting, writing and interviewing. Doing a one-week internship in an organization in healthcare and welfare is also part of this module.
