Content
As a student, you are responsible for the nursing process by means of applying clinical reasoning involving an individual care recipient. As the programme progresses, this involves a highly complex nursing situation.
In this module, you will show that you have mastered all phases of clinical reasoning and that you can integrate practice and theory and apply them in a specific nursing situation. You involve the care recipients and/or their relatives.
The module is assessed by writing a report that demonstrates your justification of clinical reasoning and justification for your actions. In addition, an 'appreciation' by the work supervisor and your own reflection, focused on your professional actions, are part of the assessment.
The report and appreciation are input for the portfolio assessment. The module can only be tested in the PLP3
Literature, see Hanzestudybooks
