Content

This course focuses on developing essential skills for business professionals and enhancing international business awareness to achieve mutual business goals. In the process of creating a personal development plan linking to Global themes (e.g., sustainability) and intercultural competency, students develop skills such as networking, relationship and stakeholder management, negotiation skills, professional identity, etc.

Working alongside the ABC and Simulation modules, in Global Business Behaviour you will explore and reflect on a meta level about international business interactions. This module gives you the opportunity to develop (in real time) your competencies relating to human behaviour, intercultural competence, and effective and professional communication skills.

The end result is not necessarily the most important factor, but the approach and learning throughout the module is critical.
