The student can:
- Work on projects: executes a project according to the provided project method; delivers the entire final project result as per the assignment; demonstrates effective collaboration to creatively solve a problem and meet deadlines.
- Methodically design: designs a conceptual solution following the provided design method.
- Apply digital tools: designs using common digital tools.
- Construct: substantiates the development of the chosen concept based on relevant theories, including Statics/Applied Mechanics, Drives, and Controls.
- Test: conducts physical and digital tests on a single component of the developed solution, formulates an improvement plan based on the results, and implements it; develops the chosen concept based on field-applied guidelines and standards, including the Machinery Directive and drawing standards.
- Communicate: communicates clearly both orally and in written form.
- Reflect: knows themselves, describes, and substantiates their strengths; dares to ask for feedback and knows how to use the feedback for personal development.
Content
The student designs and constructs a powered mechanism in a structured manner. They use modern professional tools and demonstrate professional skills. The design is documented according to common standards in a construction dossier.
