Course: Personal Leadership credits: 5

2.1 The student works independently on basic personal skills regarding attitude and behaviour and collects evidence on the development therein in the Personal Leadership Portfolio both within the education and outside the study. 
2.2 The student demonstrates insight into his/her own capacity to complete the programme and makes choices regarding the possible differentiations (support, extra challenge, etc) in FM education.  
2.3 The student works independently on professional development regarding skills, attitude and behaviour, using the feedback received and requested. 
2.4 With regard to “World Citizenship”, the student attunes knowledge and skills regarding social education in relation to the personal and professional professional attitude in the broader context of society.within the social and intercultural context.
