Main learning outcome*
 
The student reflects on their academic progress, among other things by demonstrating the progress that they have made in terms of competence development, and bases their choices and plans for their future studies on this reflection.
 
The student:
•demonstrates that they have considered how they should behave in a professional organisation
•estimates their current competence level using the learning outcomes for the work placement
•compares the various options for Year 3
•selects from the Year 3 options available and justify their choice
•adapts their personal learning objectives on the basis of feedback about their performance and converts it into a specific plan (PDP)
•reflects on the progress that they have made over the course of the year, unlike in Year 1 using a model or approach of their choice
