Upon completion of the course the student:
· will be able to do research within an organisation or community in an appreciative way, which means the student:
· will be able to conduct an appreciative interview
· will be able to design an intervention together with the stakeholders in an organisation or community that enhances their well being
· will be able to integrate theory and best practices learned in the other coursesof the minor in this intervention
· will be able to carry out the intervention successfully
· will be able to evaluate this intervention in an appreciative way

Inhoud
In this course the students will work together in a multi-disciplinary group of 4/5 students on developing and implementing an intervention for a specific group, organization or community. The goal of the intervention is to enhance the well being of the specific target group. The intervention will be based on the knowledge of Positive Psychology and on the knowledge of the students own field of expertise. The conducted research is based on the principles of appreciative inquiry.
