Leeruitkomsten

Upon completion of the course, the student can:
  • Identify, interpret and apply the major concepts of project management using the PMI methodology (10 knowledge areas divided over 5 process groups) ;
  • Apply the various project management tools that are taught for “planning” and “monitoring and controlling” purposes in developing a project plan according to the guidelines of PMI based on a subject of choice;
  • Reflect on the process of developing the aforementioned project plan;
  • Analyse and evaluate real life project plans and project outcomes and based on this evaluation give recommendations for future projects.

Inhoud

This module provides a theoretical and practical framework within which students can gain and develop their knowledge and skills in the field of Project Management. The course focuses on PM knowledge and skills development in an international context
