At the end of this study unit a student is able to:
- identify the main roles of a leader across the different stages of group development;
- demonstrate knowledge about Intellectual Property and Patents by attending a guest lecture;
- communicate and collaborate with others in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment;
- gain experience in teambuilding by participating in coaching sessions during the project;
- organize meetings efficiently and give feedback to others about their teamworking skills;
Inhoud
The main focus of the unit is leadership. In addition you will also learn about intellectual property and increase your team working skills.
