1.1 Students identify various HR instruments in relation to the professional attitude and describe suitable examples within a professional context.
1.2 Students demonstrate research skills in the context of a facilities project and show that they have gained knowledge and experience with the basic methods and techniques of applied research.
1.3 Students demonstrate that they have a professional range of presentation skills
1.4 Under supervision, students work on the basic information skills in respect of the rapidly changing (FM) working environment.
1.5 Students demonstrate that they have sufficient oral and written skills in English
