- · Teaching one's own instrument (Winfred Buma) (1 semester, 1 credit)
- · Teaching jazz ensembles (Miguel Martinez) (1 semester, 1 credit)
- · Big Band conducting (Kurt Weiss) (1 credit) [only after finishing Arranging C]
- · Education classes from the Classical department, such as “Instrument Specific Methodology”, pedagogy classes, etc. For details check the study guide of the Classical department
