- manage permissions using the CLI.
- perform basic process management using CLI.
- manipulate and search files and the file system using command line tools such as find, grep & sed
- write a small bash script using variables, expressions and looping
Inhoud
In this course you will learn to use the Linux terminal (als called Command Line Interface) to make everyday work in bioinformatics related activities more efficient. This includes activities such as starting and managing processes (programs) and finding, sharing and filtering files on the system.
