Leeruitkomsten

The student is able to collaborate and work in a multidisciplinary environment on a complex real life assignment. The attitude of the student will show curiosity, knowledge, critical thinking, research skills, advisory skills and flexibility to work in agile environment.

The student develops a professional marketing solution which is aligned with other multidisciplinary solutions and answers the assignment of the client at the required level. The solution needs to be a creative professional product according to the wishes of the client. 


The student learns to work upon professional deadlines by creating their own project planning in consultation with the Innovation Labs client which is in line with their chosen professional product. 

Inhoud

Description of Innovation Labs 2024-2025
For the study year 2024-2025 we will take the next step in IL and move towards creating a real learning community. The task for the students will increase in complexity and collaboration will include multidisciplinary groups from different programs or schools.
There will be a theoretical base required for the students and the coaches will be interchangeable. When creating project teams we will ensure that all types of expertise are included e.g. we will have a student from marketing management, form communication and engineering. Ideally, students will work on the assignments at the client's office/company/workspace. For learning purposes real-life experiences, like field trips, will be stimulated.
In the year 2024-2025 the size of IL will stay 5EC divided over periods 3 and 4 as elective next to Change Management in year 2. Evaluation of the study year 2024-2025 will lead to the decision to upgrade. Having direct contact with companies and their assignments will be a requirement for quality assurance.
