Upon successful completion of the student will be able to:

 
1. Understand the five promotion mix tools and their place in Integrated Marketing Communications.
2.Understand the different phases in the omnichannel customer journey and explain which marketing activities are most relevant per phase.
3. Understand what the most important digital marketing channels are and how they function on a basic level
4. Remember and explain the key concepts and definitions related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Sustainability Marketing.

Omnichannel Marketing is often being described as the holy grail in marketing landscape and something which you realistically cannot achieve with the current marketing means available.Companies who strive to do this better though, often outperform competitors.

In this course we offer a mix of marketing communications, digital marketing, ethics and sustainable marketing content which all can be used to understand the realm of omnichannel marketing better.
