During the internship, the student demonstrates the competencies of professional craftmanship and acting responsibly. This includes the following learning outcomes:

Professional craftmanship

• The starting finance professional develops professional skills while performing complex activities within the financial-economic field. They do this by designing their development path independently and appropriately, based on a critical analysis of themselves as an entry-level finance professional.

Acting responsibly

• The starting finance professional demonstrates clearly that they can act responsibly while performing complex activities within the financial economic field. They do this by critically analysing professional situations, based their own norms and values and a significant feel for societal responsibility, the laws and regulations relevant to the professional practice, and the principles of ethical and confidential conduct.

The above learning outcomes can be demonstrated by a combination of the behaviors listed below:

Professional craftmanship

• You shape your professional development

Acting responsibly

• You analyse situations involving responsible action and adapt your actions accordingly.
• You analyse the social context of your function and adapt your actions accordingly.
• You analyse the written and unwritten rules within your field and function and adapt your actions accordingly.
• You reflect critically on your own responsible actions and adjust your behaviour where necessary.

The student works on the learning outcome at level 3 / level D of the ZelCom model. This means medium complexity and high independence, or high complexity and medium independence.

The student demonstrates the competencies of professional competence and acting responsibly within the financial economic context. This means that during the internship the student works on professional products and/or tasks (level 3) within the financial economic field.
