- The student applies design research skills in a project, using the methodology of Scrum and Design Thinking.
- The student performs as a startup professional in a pitch and reflects on his/her presentation skills.
- The student negotiates and advises for a client on the implementation and management of a new service.
- The student performs and reflects on a selection interview and bad news interview as part of the HR cycle in actual practice situations a professional may encounter.
- The student demonstrates that he/she has sufficient written skills in Dutch or English to be able to make an offer.

Students will work on their own professional skills needed as an young facility manager in the areas of design research and pitching, negotiation and advising skills, recruitment & selection and bad news interviews as a manager in the HR cycle, and written language skills for offer writing.
