Inhoud

In the second-year Theory programme, students engage with a range of ideas, perspectives, and discourses that inform contemporary artistic practice. The course encourages critical reflection on the cultural, historical, and philosophical contexts of art, exploring how theory and practice intersect in diverse ways. Through various thematic approaches, students develop their ability to analyse visual material, think critically, and articulate their insights in both written and verbal form. The programme supports the development of research skills and fosters a deeper understanding of the relationships between art, society, and ideas.
