Inhoud

In the module Research Through Design, you will gain exclusive, behind-the-scenes insight into how projects take shape—and how you can make those processes better, smarter, and more impactful. You will learn to document and analyse every step of your project: what happened, why it happened, who was involved, and how it all contributed to meaningful change.

This module is a must for future professionals aiming to work on spatial and social transformation. You will be introduced to practical tools and creative methods that help a wide range of stakeholders understand and communicate the dynamic challenges and possibilities in their environment.

The focus is on learning how to think and work systematically and creatively. You will develop the skills to analyse complex contexts, reflect on your own work, and improve it step by step. You won’t just design—you will design with purpose and insight.

Your growth will be assessed based on how creatively and visually you communicate your ideas, how thoroughly you analyse the process, and how honestly and clearly you evaluate your own work—especially your prototypes.
