3.1The student is aware of developments in his/her specialist field, the wider professional music world and society at large. The student demonstrates how he/she integrates that awareness into his/her professional abilities and uses it to enhance his/her own career and to serve the community.

Inhoud
To further develop an entrepreneurial mindset within them, they execute their developed project plan in the 2nd semester. At the end of this semester, students showcase the realization of their projects to coaches and peers. They reflect on what worked, what didn't, and how they can improve. Furthermore, students attend five seminars on project execution, online marketing, electronic press kit, financial management, and presentation skills. In addition, they also join group meetings with other students and coaches. They must pass this course to move on to the Integral Assessment.
As the students present their projects and reflections, they get helpful feedback to improve their work. By presenting and reflecting on the project's realization, they show that they have successfully acquired the necessary competencies and achieved the desired learning outcomes.
There are several Electives they can choose from, based on their needs and study plan.
