3.1The student is aware of developments in his/her specialist field, the wider professional music world and society at large. The student demonstrates how he/she integrates that awareness into his/her professional abilities and uses it to enhance his/her own career and to serve the community.
3.2 The student identifies opportunities in the community, turning these into concrete actions. He/she is not afraid to take risks and positions himself/herself with his/her products or activities.

Inhoud
In the third semester, the student must make a choice: either continue to improve their current project or embark on a new project independently. The student presents their updated or new project plan to coaches and peers at the end of this semester. Unlike the first and second semester, there are no seminars now; instead, there are only group meetings with coaches and peers. The student is expected to apply what they learned in the first two semesters independently. This approach enhances learning in the second year compared to the first. During the presentation, the student receives valuable feedback. Passing this stage is essential for the student to complete the third semester.
By independently working on a new or revised project, the student successfully achieves the learning goals of the third semester. There are several electives available for the student to choose from, based on their needs and study plan.
