Students will learn to brainstorm events, market events and organize events in the PCC Jazz Club. Students will learn what draws a crowd and how to gain a core following.
Inhoud
The Jazz Club in the PCC is supposed to be open to the public. A promise made to local residents when the bar on this spot was closed for the new building. This promise is an excellent motivator to give students control for a few nights and build a following for the Jazz Club. In groups they will work at brainstorming, organizing and hosting a night and learn from mistakes along the way.
