Students will:
- Get a deeper understanding of the values and meanings that arise in the workshop domain.
- Be able to present a short workshop that has a specific goal and is structured.
- Be able to present themselves better before a group (speaking in public)
- Get insights in how to use these values in the design of events and workshop sessions.
- Get first hand input from conceptual ideas, visual aids and experimental group exercises.
- Learn principles of feedback: how to give it to and receive it from their peers
- Work together in designing innovative sessions that can be implemented in workshops, masterclasses and even jam sessions.

Writing a Personal Perspective document in which you describe
1) your experiences doing the workshop
2) how it aligns with your Outline and the feedback from your peers
3) based on this: what would your ‘perfect’ workshop look like?
